Rosebud, SD – In response to today’s vote in the U.S. House of Representatives to authorize the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline, the Rosebud Sioux Tribal President announced that the Rosebud Sioux Tribe (Sicangu Lakota Oyate) recognizes the authorization of the this pipeline as an act of war. even if Obama rejects the pipeline, there is still the specter of the TPP ahead. O is pushing for that. Therefore it does not matter if he rejects the KXL, because all some other country will have to do then, under the TPP, is to state that their corporations are suffering economic hardship due to the pipeline being canceled, and they can get it built on that basis...
