Rosh Hashanna is approaching and this year let us not worry so much about the things we do early on which is how to get the traditions right instead what we must do is spend a lot of time in hitbodedut (consecrated prayer) and what I personally ask Hashem is this in my mourning and evening prayer when I put on my tefillin Hashem, increase my chesed (loving kindness), make me into the man you have created me to be to fulfill my mission as a servant here on earth. Give me the much needed tikkun (soul correction) I need in order to become the person I am supposed to be.
