Rosie says: I got a call from my sons cooking teacher today (hes in 8th grade) saying that he cannot cook in her class anymore because he is dangerous. When I asked her what she meant by dangerous she explained that he doesnt follow directions thoroughly, is very distracted and distracting, and since they are working in a kitchen that is dangerous. Oh....and in all her years of teaching, she never encountered issues with a student like this. She teaches in a middle school. Now either she never encountered an typical ADHD kid in her life, or I perhaps gave birth to a total monster. Now I understand his attention issues might be considered dangerous lets say, if he was using a sharp knife. But I think since he was only mixing cookie dough, he was probably ok. Please tell me Im not the only one who thinks this is completely ridiculous!
