Rotisseried a homegrown chicken that was never frozen . . . it was still clucking on Wednesday. I didnt season it at all, as I wanted to experience the chicken flavor. The skin was a-to-the-mazing. The meat was juicy, meaty, tender, and, well, if we all ate chicken that tasty all the time we would not longer describe every bland thing as tasting like chicken. Ive washed my hands, but my fingers are still a little sticky. Sorry you all missed out. Youll just have to grow your own. ;-) So worth it!
