Please buyers be ware this lady does not post an operating address of business (Required by law) this Lady also does not accept any form of return and likes to send individual letters of rejection for any return attempt made to her business . (also against the law statutory rights entitle anyone with a retail issue return in first 30 days ) Brigitte Calder has ripped off numerous friends and family members and her response to any complaints is to block them on facebook. (Disconnecting the customer from any chance of further communications) This Lady has no clue on how to operate professionally in a retail environment and that rings through in trying to hide her identity from her business pages , only this time i and a few others did all the digging and found her and now intend on naming her for the offences she is currently committing daily on facebook. Brigitte will, upon reporting a problem to her business cut you off on facebook and then start posting on her business page that she is being bullied and harassed and then looks to her 2000 friends (IE customers) for pitty and attention. Its sad an pathetic but we will see her shutdown for this type of behavior. She will threaten you with solicitors who is no more than her mum out in the kitchen. She will not respond when asked simply for returns policies , trading address or registered vat trading numbers so you have been warned, rouge traders will not be tolerated.
