**Roxie and Ripley Update. Good news and Bad news today. Todays Vet appointment didnt go as I had hoped. I guess when you WANT to see results sometimes you do. YES.. Roxies coat looks better (Hydration and Good food) ... YES Roxies eyes are brighter (Loved and stress free) BUT Roxies infection isnt. she has only gained 1 pound in the two weeks weve had her. It is as simple as this... Roxie is sick... and wont get better until she has surgery.. is she strong enough to survive surgery? well.. all we can do is hope and pray so. She is scheduled for surgery next week. Vet wants one more week of antibiotics in her. The GOOD news is that if all goes well, Roxie has a sweet sweet couple interested in her. Looks like when she gets all better... she will have a FURever home. Ripley will be visiting the Girls for the week that mama is in the vet hospital. THIS will be the test of whether they really want a pup. Nothing like cleaning up puppy poo for a week to help with that decision.!!
