They didn’t. What was the result of the sanctions? They kept the Cuban people poorer. Did they force “regime change”? No. What alternative ideas has Marco offered up? None Rubio fails again. Now, is someone going to call me a “communist” over this? Yes, but those people are stupid. Call yourself a Conservative?
