Why be here now ? Diggy ; because thats my son Slim ! You told me you aborted the baby ! Thats my only child -- my child by my first and only love ! Dont you think i wanna be there for him ?! Yn ; look , im not tryna have no drama in my life . Which is why i didnt tell you about Dj . You gonna try and stick around na , and i cant have that . Cause ima be a wreck when you leave again . Diggy ; then at least let me hold him . He followed you into Djs room and you put Dj in his fathers arms for the first time . They really looked just like eachother . Ms . Kent had left already and it was only us three in the house . Dj ; Mama this that man off tv ! Yn ; i know baby . That man off tv is your daddy . Dj ; then why come him not be here with us ? They both laughed then Daniel sat down with Dj in his lap . I left them to talk and went to go fix them something to eat . some simple burgers and fries . When i was finished i went in Djs room to get them and i saw that Diggy has rubbin Djs stomach and Dj was slowly fallin asleep . i smiled at the scene . Yn ; I cooked some burgers and fries . I know you hungry . Diggy ; want me to lay little man down or wake him up ? Yn ; wake him up . He threw up and had some pepto bismo . Gotta put somethin on his stomach . Diggy ; hm , smart mama . After we all finished eatin , Daniel wound up staying . . In my bed . I missed him holding me . It had been 3 years since i had really been in love with anybody . And that love was for him . . He was shirtless and had on a pair of basketball shorts that i had never thrown away . I was in the middle and Dj was besides me . It felt right . . Like this was the way things were supposed to be . I kept fightin with myself sayin dont forgive him , but he seemed so sincere . He had his face buried in my neck and his arms wrapped around me .
