Run On Murphy Wednesday Night Social Run!! The Temperatures are dropping and guess whos back? We have Lauren again from Mizuno along with DFW Runs!! If you dont who they are check them out here dfwruns/ They will be promoting the upcoming Plano Balloon Festival Half Marathon on September 21st. So if this is a race youre interested in or have questions this is the group to ask. Also if your needing a different type of run on the weekend check out the new Trail Social Run happening this weekend at Lake Grapevine details will be at the store tomorrow. Also if you are getting closer to the 100 Mile Club please let us know so that we can get your well earned shirt!!! As always cold rags, popcicles, beverages and Watermelon!! Also feel free to B.Y.O.Beverage if their is something different that you prefer just bring it and we will put it on ice for you. We are going green please bring something to drink with or take a cup with you on the run if you decide you need a drink of water on the course. Their are actually to water stops on the course which is on North Maxwell Creek and the second is at turn around right across from the Amphitheater. Announcements!!
