Rundown for Tomorrow: We are having a regular class at 8am ONLY tomorrow. No 9am. So get registered online. The rest of the class times are dedicated to the Holiday Sweater. If you have not registered for the sweater and you are interested I suggest you get it done soon. The deadline is the evening at 8pm. A. You can break up the payments into $50 this month and $40 next month. B. The spots are filling up fast. If you have registered but have not signed up for your scan time slot (in house)...either do so or shoot me a message to ask what is open. C. Have form fitting clothing for your scan. Sports bra, spandex, swim trunks, etc. D. After your scan you will have a fitness assessment test. We will be running you in groups of 3-4. So bring work out clothes as well.
