Running Tip: Never ever eat a chorizo burrito with green and red salsa, a side of refried beans, and wash it down with 3 New Belgium Fat Tire beer the night before you have to run 10 miles in 75 degree weather the next day. Oh and dont wake up eat a buttered English muffin ,drink hotel coffee , 2 espresso shots , a egg burrito with cheese, potatoes and salsa and expect your belly to be understanding. Just ask the women waiting nearly 20 minutes to use the restroom ( The Mens room was occupied) in the Starbucks that I found 4 miles into my run. Needless to say I was way under my 1/2 marathon pace , but at least I did not soil my undergarments. You matter
