Running him ragged! Jean-Bernard looks weary leaving X Factor results show after a brave-faced Cheryl Fernandez-Versini loses her last act Shes the one with the not-a-minute-to-spare schedule this Christmas. But husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini was left looking utterly exhausted on Sunday night after following Cheryl to every important appointment during the busy period. Mrs F-V on the other hand was still beaming as she left the X Factor studios, despite losing her final act in the competition just shy of the finals. Jean-Bernard looked weary as he walked with a supportive hand on his wifes shoulder, but she was putting a brave enough face on for the both of them. Still wearing her pink eye make-up - that offset her black, plunging evening gown earlier that evening - she layered on a matching candy floss colour sweater. Cheryl gave a wide smile as she left the Wembley venue with her coat cuddled up in her arms and her man walking faithfully behind her. And while Cheryl smiled, the strain of the singers unrelenting schedule showed of J-Bs face when he failed to lift his expression. He was bundled up in a padded baseball jacket to escort his beauty to the car, seemingly relieved that the judges work in the competition was done. The final was due to be a face off between Mel B and Simon Cowell who both had singing acts left in their respective Boys and Overs categories. Simons acts Ben Haenow and Fleur East were both safe, sailing through to next weekends show down after impressing with their two songs on Saturday. And he was certainly looking breezy when it came to making his exit from the studios after Sunday nights show. The show boss was making a rare appearance in grey jogging bottoms, which he paired with a slouchy T-shirt. He puffed on a cigarette as he made strides in a pair of trainers, clutching his iPad with a spare hand. It was Melanies Andrea Faustini however, who faced an unlucky Lauren Platt in the sing off on Sunday. The competition looked firmly on for Mel who left with her game face on on Sunday, choosing not to slip into one of her characteristic comfy onesies, but instead leave on her evening ensemble. Still with a face of pout-perfect make up on, Mel strutted out in her monochrome jumpsuit, lifting her arm to wave to the cameras. Still clinging onto one of the early favourites to win, Mel would be strong competition come next weeks finals. With Simon bringing along one of his X Factor USA successes to prove to the panel why hes the boss, the pressure was certainly on. Former US winners Fifth Harmony wowed the judges and received a standing ovation for their show-stopping performance.
