Rush to judgement! All the brutality, lawlessness, and incompetence in the legal system falls squarely on innocent Blackmen. The myth and derogatory labeling of Blacks is the cause of these actions of injustice. Anything! Just get the police off,since Blacks have no political or legal clout. We stigmatize and smear the enemy to sway public support for whatever we tend to do to them. This had been so at home and abroad forever. Blacks are on the chopping block as the enemy the longest.
