The diplomat said the Council draft resolution calling for the implementation of the Councils previous demands on the entry of aid to the different areas of the Syrian fully implemented, and urges to end the blockades, and the disarmament of schools and hospitals, and the removal of bureaucratic obstacles that hinder the delivery of aid. The diplomat added that it also condemns human rights violations and abuses and aerial bombardments.
