Russian Military aggression? NATO has bases around Russias western perimeter and in turkey, right across the black sea from Ukraine. Russia has a naval base in Tartus, Syria. But otherwise they have no bases outside the former soviet union. I hope people can see through our western leaders terrible attempts to reignite cold war attitudes towards Russia. I also hope that we the public support Crimeas Right to self determination especially since not so long ago our leader here in NZ ignored the results of our referendum on asset sales. The only aggression and exacerbation of the situation in Ukraine I see is the wests support of a coup imposed government that has been linked to terrorism and far right extremists.
