Ryan has had an awful sinus infection for 3 days now, and just last night I start to feel similar. 😠 I dont get sick often, but when I do, I will fight that sucker head on before I step foot in a Dr office (co-pay, #warondebt aint got time for that) or take pills of any sort. His solution? 👉 I ate 1 clove of garlic and 1 shot of apple cider vinegar... AND brush my teeth 3 times! 😂 So, what else do you have for me? Natural remedies for sinus infection?
