Ryno Griesel - So messing about with some old Go Pro footage from our Patagonian Expedition Race in 2012 - I tried to show a snapshot of the silent, dull and personal battle we face against the demons and sleep monsters in our heads. It often becomes a ridiculously slow individual fight of relentless forward motion. Although Adventure Racing is a team sport, the battle is real and personal - but the rewarding growth is absolutely worth it.
