They are seeking Promoters who are Responsible and Self-Motivated to join them as Boutique or Trade Coffee Specialists Job Description Welcome the clientèle and identify their needs Advise both prospects on products and services Inscribe new Trade customers, and assist them in their selection during their first purchase Initiate clientèle to the art of coffee tasting and develop their curiosity about our full range of products Maintain a pro-active approach towards the customers Carry out sales of products presented in the Trade Corner(Coffee machines) Carry out an initial analysis of machine breakdowns reported by customers and to orient them as effectively as possible towards the after sales service Check payments in accordance with the defined procedure Ensure that the Trade Corner is clean (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented Fill the display cubicles with capsules, machines and accessories on a daily basis Job Requirements Minimum O level Certificate Minimum 2 years professional experience in direct customer sales of top of the line products & services Politeness, Punctuality, Patience Ability to multi-task.
