S. Cohen is sane, scholarly and profoundly benevolent. He provides reasoned, intelligent commentary in a world where the Orwellian propoganda organs have drowned out almost all reasoned discourse. It feels good to read and to post Cohen - it is reassuring that someone can clearly and cogently lay out some simple truths - alas, it seems all in vain. The Empire allows dissent only because it is so irrelevant - in the minds of the sheep, the voice of reason - always nuanced and a bit complex - is drowned out by the simplistic 24-hour a day disinformation by media commandeered by financial and political entities whose interests are well served by teaching the proles to fear and to hate.
