S.O.S. TO: Sandy Wayne Army Many of you may remember this little girl in the first picture. She was dumped on the side of the road and scared to death. She ran from everyone who attempted to catch her for 3 days, and on that 3rd day she walked up to our friend Tammie and allowed her to bring her to me to foster her. That day just happened to be the one year anniversary of our Sandy Waynes death, and was a very emotional day for us. Tammie felt that our Sandy Wayne was watching over this little girl, who weighed less than 10 pounds, and sent Tammie to save her. Tammie asked if I minded naming her Sandy since this miracle happened on such an important day. She, Sandy, has not been placed on the rescue boards yet, as I thought my sweet mama would want to adopt her, but at their age, they have decided it best not to take on another pet. Sandy is now in heat and is having a very difficult time. The bleeding is very heavy, and I fear that she may have had a difficult pregnancy resulting in some damage from her last heat cycle. I have called the vet and they will evaluate and spay her in the morning, but I nor our little local rescue have much funding right now and we are asking for help with Sandys medical issues. I struggled over what to do, and finally decided to ask our family for help, BUT ONLY to those who can help. You can donated directly into my paypal account or send to the vets office either one. We have to do whatever we can to save this sweet little girl, named Sandy. She is such a sweet baby and someone took a lot of time teaching her to sit, beg and held her a lot. She is very humble and loving, and I know she was sent here for the help she deserves. She didnt deserve to be thrown out like trash, and she doesnt deserve to die due to someones neglect. I have an apt scheduled to get her into the vet first thing in the morning. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
