S.T.C.: Let’s Analyze - Possibilities and Probabilities (LA-PAP) - TopicsExpress

S.T.C.: Let’s Analyze - Possibilities and Probabilities (LA-PAP) of George Zimmerman Self-Defense Claims First, this trial is obviously not a question of “Who Done It?” The Jurors, like the most of us, are painfully aware of the fact that Zimmerman has fatally shot un-armed T. Martin. However, the Jurors unlike the various spectating lawyers, may not view the result of this trial with the usual question here as to whether the Prosecution has made its case or not; but rather with the question of whether G. Zimmerman’s Counsel has made their case of self-defense for fatally shooting and killing that young boy T. Martin, the only other possible true witness. Why Am I Asking Us to Analyze this Case? • The Zimmerman case is apparently affecting me very deeply as an American in spite of the fact that I have no young sons, Thank God. • However, I have many young nephews and great nephews (including an abundance of Floridians Family members on my Father’s side) to be concerned about going forward. • The young males in our families may all be affected going forward if this young man, G. Zimmerman is not appropriately held accountable (w/all due respect and condolences for both families involved) for taking the precious life of that un-armed young boy, T. Martin who was not even committing a single crime. • Real Police Officers have been convicted for similar homicides, have lost their jobs for lesser incidents, and at the very least have been taken off work and placed on administrative leave until investigation itself has determined reason for shooting. Analysis of Claims, Various Possibilities, and Probabilities: • How highly inappropriate a U.S. State law must be when it serves to protect a person after following, profiling, and stalking (even against being reminded not to do such) results in a fight the Profiler claims he was losing, and therefore decides to fatally shoot the un-armed young boy over a short relatively short period of minutes? • The City Police Department does not even bother to make an arrest (simply accepts the shooter’s side of the story w/out equivocation & w/out results from an appropriate investigation), and highly inappropriately allows a claim of self-defense to go forward. Here, the Police Department continues their no call for accountability from the Profiling fatal shooter until literally being forced to appropriately make an arrest for an un-armed young boy’s life being snuffed out by the Profilers’ fatal Gun-shot. • After hearing the forensic experts and medical examiner testimony yesterday, it appears to me that G. Zimmerman shot T. Martin fatally dead for one of two reasons explained at the end of this analysis. • The various so-called evidential statements given by G. Zimmerman clearly supports that he was profiling, stalking (aggravated stalking w/deadly loaded weapon), and with intent, chasing down T. Martin. All of which should constitute violation of T. Martin’s civil rights, but apparently, it appears T. Martin’s rights are not pertinent (including his right to simply fight back in self-defense). • The claims of the Defense for Zimmerman that rain washed away blood evidence from T. Martin is suspect, because if it was raining such that it did so, this leads to the question of why didn’t the rain wash away Zimmerman’s blood evidence? • The fact that Zimmerman goes on Fox News Net - Hannity Show and tells the huge Lie about never even hearing about Florida’ Self-Defense Law (nick-named “Stand Your Ground”) when we saw Zimmerman’ Professor testify about the numerous class discussions, assignments, & research specifically about that Defense & received an “A” letter grade in the class, is but one of several absolute lies substantiating Zimmerman’s lack of credibility. • Evidence suggests Zimmerman has clearly exaggerated his injuries (based on the Forensics and Medical Examiners) apparently in attempt to aid him in his claim of Self-Defense. If it was indeed Self-Defense, why did Zimmerman feel the need to exaggerate his injuries to the level of life threatening when (according to that law) you don’t actually need to have sustained injuries in a true Self-Defense Claim? • And if it was indeed G. Zimmerman desperately screaming for help (and not T. Martin as he’s being confronted w/barrel of Zimmerman’s Gun), than is it not suspect that the screams for Life stopped instantly after hearing the firing of that single Gun-shot over the 911 call? Here are a few of the many examples that contradict G. Zimmerman Self-Defense claim beginning with Zimmerman’s telephone exchange with the 911 Non-Emergency Operator: There’s a suspicious guy; I don’t know what his issue is; but something’s wrong with him; this kid is up to no good. And when asked by operator if he was following T. Martin, G. Zimmerman responds “yes” which is clearly indicative of his focused intentions on catching up to and stopping T. Martin to ensure he does not get away. It does not make one ounce of sense that T. Martin would jump out on G. Zimmerman & attack him, given he, Martin does not know Zimmerman from Adam and has already been specifically described even by Zimmerman as running from G. Zimmerman in attempt to get away from him. G. Zimmerman says: He’s running; those F. A. holes always get away. Shortly thereafter, T. Martin’s friend Rachel (on phone w/T) reports that T. Martin says as he’s breathing hard over the telephone, somewhat out of breath: I think I lost him. Evidence surely suggests that G. Zimmerman had his mind set (before & after shooting) on seeing that his so-called “Suspect” T. Martin does not get away. Zimmerman is intent on making his “Suspect” is apprehended (unlike the so-called others) without first having any whatsoever tangible evidence of a crime having been committed or even attempted by his “Suspect” young T. Martin. Both T. Martin’s friend Rachel (on phone w/T) & G. Zimmerman reports that T. Martin respectively says: Why are you following me for? You got a problem with me? Now G. Zimmerman continues to inappropriately follow & profile T. Martin (most probably terrorizing the young man Martin) never going back to his car as he directly lied saying he would to 911 Non-Emergency Operator. So G. Zimmerman was following T. Martin with malice intent evidenced by the absolute fact that T. Martin ends up “shot fatally dead by G. Zimmerman” literally within only a few minutes-period of time. G. Zimmerman claims he said in response to T. Martin: No, I don’t have a problem with you. Nevertheless, why did G. Zimmerman choose NOT to present himself to T. Martin as what he (G. Zimmerman) claims he was actually doing – his duty as the neighborhood watch captain? Could it be because he had chosen to instead abuse his power as a neighborhood watch captain to proceed in his mindset of a want-a-be Law Enforcement Officer? Could he have even unsuccessfully (Martin not believing him, could have asked to see his badge) presented himself to young T. Martin as a Police Officer, and subsequently had to fatally shoot Martin to avoid this from ever coming out? Is it at minimum, a possibility that G. Zimmerman was playing the Cops and Robbers here? However, it is highly probable that G. Zimmerman said to T. Martin: What are you doing around here boy? And it’s highly probable that T. Martin said, that’s not your business man, and tried to walk away. Now G. Zimmerman claims he reached down to get his phone. But it is more likely that Zimmerman was reaching down for his Gun in attempt to keep T. Martin from leaving (like all the other F. A. holes do - to get away) until the police arrive this time to avoid himself appearing to the police as a repetitive paranoid delusional (un-substantiated) cry wolf crime caller (due to many previous calls). Now T. Martin could have then hit G. Zimmerman knocking him down to the pavement (where Zimmerman possibly sustained his non-life threatening head lacerations according to the forensic expert) & most probable, knocking Zimmerman’s Gun loose out of Zimmerman’s hand and onto the wet grass (when friend, Rachel says she heard them wrestling around in wet grass). It is also possible at that time that T. Martin ended up diving on the grass going for G. Zimmerman loose gun to further prevent Zimmerman from getting to it & pulling it out on him (T. Martin). G. Zimmerman possibly crawled on top of T. Martin back to stop him from getting to his (G. Zimmerman’s) Gun. This is probably when Rachel heard T. Martin’s muffling: “get off, get off.” It is highly probable that T. Martin struggled desperately to flip himself over off his stomach (due to not being able to see if G. Zimmerman would pull out another type of weapon) without ever getting hold of Zimmerman’s Gun wrestling with him and turning over; and G. Zimmerman could have ended up on the bottom as T. Martin knew he had to fight for his life to keep Zimmerman from getting hold of that Gun which he knew G. Zimmerman would surely utilize to intentionally shoot him (T. Martin). So as G. Zimmerman squirms, NOT to get away from his head being slammed repeatedly on the pavement as he desperately claimed, but now in his desperate attempt to beat T. Martin to his Gun. Therefore, instead of a focus on throwing punching at T. Martin MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) style, G. Zimmerman was possibly squirming to get further on the grass where his Gun was as T. Martin was possibly trying to hold him (G. Zimmerman) down from doing so. However, once that stronger young man G. Zimmerman overpowers that young boy T. Martin, and indeed gets to his Gun, this is most probable to be indicative of the point when we all heard the first of two 911 life-threatening screams from T. Martin as he was losing hold of G. Zimmerman’s hands knowing that he (T. Martin) was losing his effort to keep Zimmerman from getting to that Gun. The last of T. Martin’s two life-threatening screams was heard just before G. Zimmerman got full control of his Gun, put it up to T. Martin’s chest, trigger squeezes, and delivers the fatal Gun-shot straight through T. Martin’s heart. In less than a second, immediately following, T. Martin’s screams instantly cease, and tragically thereafter, so does his (T. Martin’s) precious Life. MERCY. Zimmerman’s claim that T. Martin set up and stated “You Got Me.” If we are to believe this, Zimmerman must explain what T. Martin was possibly referring to with this statement, “You Got Me.” What might T. Martin have possibly been doing worthy of saying “You Caught Me?” And, if T. Martin had Zimmerman pinned down with his knees up to Zimmerman’s chest, how would Zimmerman even move his upper body to lean as he described, let alone move his hands through T. Martin’s body which is in the way to retrieve his Gun? Can all of the various comments about how cooperative Zimmerman was with the Police Department be viewed as a common sense approach (common sense thing for Zimmerman to do) in order to help the officers help him stay out of jail with a self-defense claim, given none of these officers had not at any time placed him under arrest? After hearing the Forensic Experts and Medical Examiner’s testimony, it appears to me that G. Zimmerman shot T. Martin fatally dead for one of two reasons: 1. G. Zimmerman shot T. Martin with malice because he, G. Zimmerman chose with adamant intent to profile T. Martin as his “Suspect” before first having any tangible evidence and was therefore intent on preventing T. Martin from getting away (as all the other have) at ALL cost, including shooting him, and/or possibly to prevent T. Martin from ever revealing how he (Zimmerman) may have inappropriately and illegally presented himself as a Police Officer. Or 2. G. Zimmerman shot T. Martin because he, G. Zimmerman may possibly be an undiagnosed paranoid delusional schizophrenic evidenced by the inappropriate “flat affect” (without emotions described by several) after shooting and killing that un-armed young boy T. Martin engaging in no crime, but only visiting that neighborhood with his father. Finally, the Jurors may not view it being the usual question here as to whether the Prosecution has made their case, but rather a question of whether G. Zimmerman had made his case of self-defense for fatally shooting and killing the only other direct witness. Concerned, Sharon T. Cox Evangelist, Educator, Author
