You failed to give examples of the pro-PDP judgements the judge in question have given in the past. Moreover if he has a bias towards PDP and gives bogus judgement why hasnt the NJC been approached and the judge reported. Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal already filling a case does not prevent someone else who fills aggrieved from filing a case. It is the court to tell Nigerian if that is an abuse of court process not Sahara Reporters. That the judge is Ayims relation or not does not matter.
