SAN ANTONIO DE PADUA: He was born in Lisbon at the end of the 12th century. Very young he joined the canons regular of St. Augustine in Lisbon and then requested the transfer to Coimbra. Here he met the Franciscans who travelled to Morocco, whose relics looked after his martyrdom. Eager to spread the faith among Muslims and he himself suffer martyrdom, he joined the order of Friars Minor.
