SAN MIGUEL SENIORS CORDIALLY INVITE TO PARTICIPATE IN FOCUS GROUP INTERVIEWS THIS SATURDAY "Focus group interviews to help identify senior living needs in San Miguel will be held this Saturday, July 20 at Hotel Real de Minas, 9am, 10:30, Noon, 1:30, and 3:00 pm. The purpose of the interviews is to receive input on the need for senior housing and services in San Miguel. Interviews will include 10-12 persons/group and will last one hour. Refreshments will be served. US/Canadian and Latino seniors 50+ are cordially invited to participate. Focus groups interviews are both informative and educational--addressing the broad spectrum of senior housing and service options available to seniors as they transition through the last phase of their lives—with particular attention to those living in Mexico and Latin America in general and the special circumstances this presents. The need for senior condos, independent and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and in-home services are among the topics discussed. The outcome is a mutually beneficial exchange of information, ideas and experiences. No marketing or promotion of any products or services of any kind is involved. Interviews are conducted by a US senior housing specialist with extensive experience in Latin America and fluent in Spanish. Interviews are voluntary with a small donation made to the charity of choice on behalf of each senior participating.
