SANDPOINT, ID - A 42-year-old Bonner County woman was arrested Thursday after officials say she not only pepper sprayed a couple while they slept, but then allegedly battered an officer and chewed through the back seat of a patrol vehicle after she was placed in leg restraints and put on her stomach. Staci Anne Spence is charged with malicious injury to property at the felony level because replacing the seat exceeded $1,000, according to the Bonner County Daily Bee. She is also charged with Battery, Battery on a Law Officer, Driving Under the Influence, and Resisting Arrest.
