Each of these tiers of government get it powers from the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. To exercise its powers and functions, they (the three tiers of government) contribute to the socio-economic and infrastructural development of the Nigerian nation in a unique way,but most of these people don divert d good of dis office to deir personer gains. Of these three tiers of government, the local government dey regarded as the government to the grassroots because of its closeness to the people. The performance of terms of d service delivery suppose get direct impact on the people for the grassroots. In each of d states of the federation, we get one commission known as Local Government Service Commission the responsibilities na to recruite, promote and discipline local government staff for their respective states. Here for Delta State, the Local Government Service Commission headed by Chief (Mrs.) Patience Nkem Okwuofu, in line with the policy thrust of the Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan led administration, dey act under the State command. Dis mata wen dey ground so na issue wey dey make people just dey grumble but fear of intimidation and victimization nor let dem fit complain come out,but as the State Eagle Eyes fear nor fit catch me to talk come out,becos na just corn wey fall nai fowl dey chop. Chief Patience Nkem Okwuofu alias Aguwayin nai the state citizen,s dey complain about. She na the chairman of Local Govt Service Commission Asaba and her tenure don expire 29-3-14. Na 4 years be their Tenure. But dis woman just sidon gidigba for the office and she refuse to handover and leave the office, say she dey return a 2nd tenure becos na her birth right becos she sleep for burial ground for 10days becos of Gov Uduaghan, so dat he fit win d case against Ogboru. So na dat one make our Gov mortgage Local Govt Service Commission give her against the interest of the masses and the good people of the Local Governments. She nor dey let govt officials dey perform their duties again. Fear nor dey let dem talk to her. D tenure for her zone don expire, now na d turn of Itsekiris but dis woman and our Governor nor wan regard the interest of the people. She nor dey let Governor see road or get sense do better things becos of her Jazz and charms. Na so she collect N5 million each frm 25 HPms of d 25 LGAs say dem want to build LGSC permanent site but d money enter voice mail till today,e pain me well well becos my Local Govt dey find money to do better things one woman just sidon for one place dey collect money illegally, nothing anybody fit talk,including our state Governor. Dem drive her from DBS and also drive her from superb becos she nor get good reputation. Governor abeg make you do sometin wey dey right make dis devil woman go or commot from that office, she don complete her tenure, before she go destroy LGSC for us, God forbid. Make Gov nor use LGSC as sacrificial lamb for her. We dey say no toi her continuos evil stay. All dis na fake cover face becos na only few she don carry out and the organization nor dey do any of dis things again. Chief Patience you dey kill the Local Govt and ur evil dey bounce back to us becos na we dey the grass root. Make u try refund the N5Million wey u collect from each Local Govt becos nor be ur money and e go purge you badaly. Unu just dey Asaba dey chop local Govt money,nai make unu nor wan do Local Govt Elections. Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan abeg remove dis woman for office,make you restore the joy of the Itsekiris becos na deir turn now to sidon for that office. Oga Emma i believe say u know say u nor go spend pass ur stipulated date for office,so make you nor dey carry dey extend people stay for office illegally becos of the percentage of Local Govt funds wey unu dey chop.
