SATAN CAUSED SEPARATION ! The Messenger Salla-Allahu ‘Alayhi wa Sallam said: “Iblis (Satan) places his throne upon the water, he then sends his cronies (to cause dissention); the nearer to him in rank are those who are more notorious in creating discord. One of them comes and says, I did such and such and he (Iblis) says you have done nothing. Then one amongst them comes and says, I did not spare so and so until I caused separation between a husband and wife. The Iblis (Satan) goes near him and says, ‘You have done well’ and then embraces him.” Muslim. The Messenger Salla-Allahu ‘Alayhi wa Sallam said: “Who ever control their temper in a state that if he wanted he could have taken revenge? Then On the day of judgement Allah will call him in front of everyone and will give him the choice of picking the Hoor of his choice. So by controlling your anger Allah will give the choice of picking any Hoor from Paradise (Jannat).” Abu Dawud & Tirmidhi. The Prophet Muhammad (Salla-Allahu ‘Alayhi wa Sallam) said: “IF I WERE TO ORDER ANYONE TO PROSTRATE TO OTHER THAN ALLAH, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED THE WOMAN TO PROSTRATE TO HER HUSBAND. BY HIM IN WHOSE HAND IS THE SOUL OF MUHAMMAD, THE WOMAN WILL NOT FULFILL THE RIGHTS OF HER LORD UNTIL SHE FULFILS THE RIGHTS OF HER HUSBAND; AND EVEN IF HE WERE TO REQUEST HER FOR HERSELF (I.E. TO HAVE INTERCOURSE WITH HER) WHILST SHE WAS SITTING UPON A CAMEL’S SADDLE, SHE SHOULD NOT REFUSE HIM.” [Sahih, reported by Ibn Maajah and Ahmad from Abdullah ibn Awfaa] SUPPLICATION Every Muslim should memorise & read the following supplication 7 times after every obligatory prayer to protect from the Shaytan: RABBI ‘A’OOZU BIKA MIN HAMAZAATISH SHAYAATEEN WA ‘A’OOZU BIKA RABBI ‘AN YAHDUROON Al-Mu’minun 23:97-98 [My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they should come near me.]
