SATURDAY 17TH MAY PURSUE PURPOSE “And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the lord God of your fathers hath given you?” Joshua 18: 3 The only way to do a thing is to do it. Purpose does not realise itself, someone has to realise it. Purpose involves pursuit. Purpose at rest remains your potential. It is only through dogged pursuit that this potential will be transformed into ability. Pursuit is the pulse of purpose. Realization of purpose is never by chance, it is by the spirit of industry “for a dream cometh through multitude of business (Eccl 5: 3). You need holy activism to take that vision off the drawing board. To tell you the truth, that situation you call money problem, someone out there will call it idea problem. That is to say, if you have a right idea, the money you require will show up. The scripture says in the book of Eccl 11: 4 that “He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regarded the clouds shall not reap”. This implies that if you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done. Those that are getting things done are doing so, not because the conditions are perfect, but doing things in spite of the odd conditions.
