All these processing features and logics are on account of advanced computer logics in command line for carrying out instructions of users for large scale commercial application globally and almost in every working spread over multiple locations and destinations. While hardware system plays a very important role for computer working and processing, software application also adds to increased efficiency of a computer system on multiple systems and different sizes of gadgets. The inappropriate competition globally has increased the risk to all applications, its working and huge database protection, in spite of variety of security software additionally attached to the computer system and its working at a huge cost that can be reduced a great extent and almost all gadgets and systems will be available to many more people at much reduced prices with multiple features, facilitating global policy formulation on the products and servicing of internet technology and avoid huge e-waste problems globally, because all issues of cost of the products and services starting from the materials used in all products and the margins will be addressed in the coming years successfully, that was never considered important at all in the earlier policy formulation understanding globally. In my earlier articles I have discussed many aspects of a computer system and its working since the age of narrow band in internet technology, the most challenging subject in the present world with millions of highly qualified and experienced software and hardware experts working together for multiple companies round the clock. The secret of explaining of logic is understanding of basic computing and changing for improved working based on the challenges surfacing in its working for more and more secured working and improved applications globally with equal efficiency in costing and marketing. While the technology world has witnessed lot of improvements in the last decade plus, the phenomenon expand and its application has created lot of competition globally mostly inappropriate, solely with an intention to blocking of services and promoting self business and tackling these technical problems and the challenges are adding huge costs to its working making its affordability to new users and areas of working, and all these increased cost are ultimately transferred to the customers. In this article I am discussing exclusively on the basics of computing and its improved performance that will make the computer system not only very fast processing on the command line but also safer processing without adding additional costs at any levels of its working both in software and hardware globally. The disk operating system and the basics of computing I started learning computer system and its working in the limited working environment on dos based software packages and windows 3.1 in the year 1995 and windows 1995 and Microsoft office were introduced later. The entire computer technology was defined as independent software packages with non-convertible and non-compatible database. While learning and working in the changing times of computing, I also explained uniformity, compatibility and convertibility of a software application at global application and creation of a file and its future use completely based on the problems I faced in my office working and different computers and adopting computer system as working solution for every office. With the advent and adoption of the windows system of working, the age old disk operating system remained completely neglected and it was considered absolutely unimportant in changed technological developments, and not much thought was applied on the basic command line and programming that is very essential for computer system and working. The entire computer system that is based on creating of a file and saving it for future purposes with many features attaching to its working in command lines and procedures for printing, copying, transferring, downloading an uploading of a file. When we observe these procedures, the computer system carryout all instructions based on the basic computing system. While a file is created by the user in the computer system, it follows the instructions in its language and creates a file or group of files for processing allotting the file recognition number and completes the command for the user and its file name for user working. In this procedure, the management of a file in the computer system is not much affected and improved in compared to the most advanced windows system of working. While writing procedures for saving of a file in the disk operating system, if we explain advanced procedures with more logical command lines on saving of big files, the computer system will be able to work smartly and more efficiently and it will create multiple files of a big file depending on its size specifications and attach all of them in the completed processing procedures at different levels for the user and more clear command line will help the computer to process it very fast for all future references and usage, unlike in earlier working the computer has to search files to complete its processing. Similarly, many procedures for the security of the files can also be attached in the basic computing system in the disk operating levels without adding any cost thereafter at multiple levels of working and different destinations also on additional security software installation and attaching in its working. With these changes and modifications, entire working of a computer system will improve considerably and high degree of security levels can be enforced in its working simply because the hackers and the illegal accessing will not be able to reach these levels of computing standards and access files easily and this will revive the disk operating system to a great extent and restoration of a computer system and its working will be very safe and secured for all companies in the technology business also providing services to other companies in its working at a very low costs on their business operations.
