SBR Net Marketing esta buscando un nuevo integrante para el grupo de NOC (Network Operations Center) para sus oficinas en Santa Ana, cualquier interezado contactarme Network Operations Center Manager Exciting times for our NOC! Current expansion plans and anticipated growth call for an experienced hands-on technical Manager to lead, motivate, train, and manage Tier II Network Operations team in a 7x24x365 environment, covering multiple global web based products. The NOC Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the NOC, including scheduling to meet staffing requirements, hiring, managing, coaching and evaluating employees, partnering with peer management to ensure resolution of service impacting issues. The NOC Manager will manage a team comprised of both junior and senior NOC technicians in a 7x24x365 environment. Responsibilities 1. Ensure adequate coverage for the 7x24x365 environment so that the network infrastructure is running effectively at all times which includes continuous monitoring of all services, and ensuring that every reasonable effort is made to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage. 2. Learn, and command, a proprietary layer 7 monitoring and reaction system that we have built for our next generation web applications. 3. Coach and mentor NOC technicians to ensure that staff is working on issues as efficiently and accurately as possible in a team-oriented environment. 4. Manage team to meet KPI/SLA objectives while providing hands-on leadership during network events and deployments. 5. Develop, refine, and document NOC policies, processes, procedures, including training. 6. Work closely with Engineering on escalation of issues (Tier III) as well as Sys Dev on software releases/upgrades/requirements. 7. Develop and report on metrics for the performance of the NOC and individual NOC employees, including but not limited to MTTR, # of escalations, manageable/operations installations and tickets. 8. Drive technical staff to monitor and resolve product issues and accomplish objectives by being a role model to impress upon staff to be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, learn and create their own mechanisms for resolving issues and most importantly, communicate effectively with the ability to work in a team environment. 9. Plan projects, training, objectives, timelines, deliverables and milestones for the NOC in a quantifiable manner.
