YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - You will ensure correct sizing, grading and fittings over the product range - You will be responsible to achieve consistency and continuity in your team regarding workmanship and fitting - You will attend fit sessions with our Product Managers with the aim to take appropriate action where necessary - You will check offer/production samples for compliance with workmanship/fit standard and advise suppliers accordingly - You will analyze product returns and faults to review standards and update them where required - You will advise on suitable fabrics and construction methods - You will advise colleagues/suppliers on product methods - You will develop, maintain quality manuals and make sure that they are applied - You will assist in specific companywide projects e.g. definition of product standards or on issues pertinent to quality and fit standards YOUR PROFILE: - You have a degree in fashion or textile design, with a strong emphasis on the technicalities of garment construction - You have a solid professional experience in textiles, garment construction methods and size grading - You have previous experience of at least 4 years of working - You have relevant computer skills (Illustrator) - You have a great passion for fashion - You are enthusiastic and determined - You have team spirit & a positive attitude to support the team in the aim of development of customer focused collections - You have English language skills to work in this dynamic & international environment - You are willing to relocate to Brussels fashion-career.de/index.php?id=13&jid=299&L=
