SDDC Civilian Personnel, The Federal Benefits Open Season started on 10 November 2014 and goes until 8 December 2014. During Open Season eligible employees can: - Enroll in or change your Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program coverage through the Army Benefits Center-Civilian (ABC-C) or Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS): https://abc.army.mil/ - Enroll in dental and/or vision coverage through the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) or change your existing FEDVIP enrollment – https://benefeds or call 1-877-888-3337. - Sign up for flexible spending accounts through the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS). Just a reminder that current FSA Program participants must re-enroll to participate during the 2015 benefit period. To enroll in the FSA Program or if you have questions related to the program, employees need to go to fsafeds or call the toll-free number (1-877-372-3337).
