Patchy cloud developing afternoon with NE winds freshening. Highs of 18deg. Tuesday: NE winds at first. NW winds in the afternoon with think high cloud developing. High of 25deg. Wednesday: Patchy rain with S-SE winds, becoming fresh for a time in the afternoon. Highs of 16deg. Thursday: NE winds, with patchy rain or drizzle throughout the day. Slightly warmer highs of 17deg.
