Removal/confiscating, safe keeping, recording and returning of all articles not allowed in the building. Record all movement through access control points. Utilize prescribed equipment and report defects. Arrange escort of visitors. Take all documents at reception addressed to Minster, Deputy Minister and National Commissioner and deliver them to these offices in time. Control security equipment. Secure control room. Manage finance and assets. Compilation of all routine letters and reports with respect to incidents and investigations. Compilation of monthly reports with respect to control issues. Storing of the locks and keys. Maintaining of records with respect to locks and keys. Investigations with respect to the loss of keys reported or discovered. Compiling of inventories. Regular inspections of keys and locks. Manage master and control keys. Ensure compliance with respect to regulations about locks and keys within the institution. Conduct maintenance and operation of the Head Office’s key depository.
