SEEKING PET FOOD DONATIONS: I am collecting donations of pet food, treats, and cat litter. I will be delivering what I can gather up from my neighborhood to St. Marks Episcopal Church , Animal Welfare Ministry. I recently spoke with the director of that ministry and he explained that he is trying to help the pet owners who are in difficult times and just cant afford to buy pet necessities. There is such a huge need for this, it will enable people to keep their pets instead of taking them to the shelters (which are already overwhelmed) and surrendering them.
