We are offering access to our fully-furnished home at a reasonable rate due to its location. We are 25-minutes from downtown Austin and 3-minutes from SH 130, which allows you to bypass Austin traffic. The ideal roommate is a young professional, whom is looking to become more of a friend than a tenant. Trust is paramount. A written lease will be required, however terms are subject to negotiation and finding the right roommate is more important than lease length. Carley, our 1yr old black lab/boxer mix is a well behaved member of our family, which thanks to her automatic food and water dispensers and electronic RF locking doggy door is able to take care of herself for long times. Carley enjoys showing off her doggy door to her friends, teaching them how to go from inside to outside without human assistance. If you have a pet, they will quickly learn how to use the pet door as well. Your new bedroom is ready for your furniture and personalization. To get ready for you, we have prepared a freshly-painted empty bedroom with ceiling fan, large window full blinds and professionally cleaned scotch guarded carpet and rarely used bathroom ready for move in.
