SEEKING SENIOR SEMINAR GRADUATES - SPRING 2004 – OUR TIME CAPSULE IS READY TO OPEN! Hey Legal Studies Students! Ten years ago our Senior Legal Seminar (“Capstone”) class created a “Virtual Time Capsule”. We submitted reflections on our years at City Tech and made predictions about the near future. I pledged that in ten years time I would find everyone and we would celebrate at a Time Capsule Opening Party. Hard to believe, but it is almost TIME FOR A CELEBRATION!!!!!! I had to open the Time Capsule to find the identity of the contributors. And wow, it is absolutely wonderful. Some of us made remarkably accurate predictions. The reflections were so heartfelt and beautiful - I cracked up laughing and I cried. We haven’t figured out the logistics yet but I hope to have a party for us (and perhaps other Capstone graduates – I think it would be cool to invite every graduate to the celebration). First though, I want to find the CONTRIBUTORS. My first attempt was to use everyone’s ten year old email addresses. I managed to find FOUR classmates. This Facebook post is my second attempt. If you happen on this post, please let me know how you are doing and the best way to reach you! I am still at [email protected] If you can help me find any of your classmates, that would be great and if you have any ideas of how we might celebrate opening our Time Capsule, tell us that as well. Thanking you in advance! Love, MSue Donsky Here are all the Time Capsule Contributors BEAUZILE, MARSHA CRUZ, KARA DAVIS, ADRIENNE EDWARDS, FARRAH FERREL, ROXANA HUTCHINSON, CHERISSE ISAKOVA, SVETLANA LEVASSEUR, JUDITH LOUIS, JULIE DIANE KEEN, NAIMAH NORVILLE, KAREN ORTIZ, GRISEL PARSOORAM, KIRAN RIVERS, BERNETTA ROMERO, JUAN SAMPSON, SEAN SANCHEZ, CARLOS SCOTT, IDA SIMS, DORIS TIBURCIO, ALONDRA WATFORD, JENNIFER D. Hey to all of my students! I hope all of you are well . Ten years ago this May, my Senior Legal Seminar (Capstone) students and I created a “virtual time-capsule”. The students and I submitted reflections on their undergraduate years and predictions of the near future. I promised that in ten years time I would try to track down every student and we would celebrate at a Time Capsule Opening Party. Hard to believe, but it is nearly time for a party! Our Time Capsule is absolutely wonderful and truly deserving of a celebration. Some students made remarkably accurate predictions. The reflections are heartfelt and beautiful. I cannot wait for the students to see them (again).
