SENATORS ARE OVER-EATING They are demanding 2.4M a month !!!! Its a shock that both CORD &JUBILEE senators have absconded their differences & have now unanimously agreed to squander the taxpayers shred monies. Through a taskforce formed on july 10, chaired by #Kembi_Githura & #Moses_wetangula being the secretary, they have proposed this payment structure to the PSC. 1.Each senator will get sh.780,000 for personal emoluments while senators in counties with more than 10 constituencies will get an extra 468,000 .work-load expenses. 2.Another proposal is the sh.420,000 a month for office consumables & operations I.e TEA & STATIONERY. They also want sh.500,000 county allowances to be given to the 47 elected senators. They also want sh.168,000 monthly allocation for office rent for those in Nrbi, Mbsa, kisumu & sh. 140,000 for other counties. 3. Elected senators are also asking taxpayers to to buy them a four-wheel drive car, which will remain parked at the county offices when the lawmakers will be in nrbi.
