SEND-GHANA’s Grassroots Economic Literacy and Advocacy Programme (GELAP) has been operational in over fifty (50) districts in Ghana since 2005. Based on SEND’s Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation framework, which incorporates grassroots research and advocacy at the local, regional and national levels, GELAP aims to improve good governance in relation to the implementation of pro-poor programmes.
