***SENIOR SATURDAY*** 9 year old Ozzy is yet another example of a frightened dog being evaluated too soon. Understandably ‘out of sorts’ at being abandoned by the only family he has ever known, Ozzy initially wanted nothing to do with anyone – and that earned him a New Hope rescue only label. But with help of dedicated Volunteers, Ozzy is a new man! A volunteer writes: “How cute is this little ball of fluff looking intensely at me from his kennel? He has big button eyes and licks my fingers through the door. This is Ozzy... I must take him out and get to know him. Ozzy is all excited, comes forward and hops in my arms. He is a good walker, eliminates as soon as we are out and poses without problems for the photo shoot. He welcomes really nicely who goes down to the ground to greet him . Ozzy is all kisses. Poor Ozzy, he was all shaken up when he was surrendered by his family and quite for a number of days.
