Job Description: Reliable and trustworthy litigation legal assistant needed to prepare drafts of correspondence, memoranda, reports, letters, pleadings, discovery; summarizing depositions, and medical records; preparing litigation reports, trial notebooks, subpoenas, and trial exhibits. Will also maintaining attorneys’ calendars, deadlines, and other trial docket related tasks. Paralegal certification needed. Insurance defense/commercial litigation a plus. Additional qualifications: Proficiency in WordPerfect, Word, and Microsoft Outlook; typing ability of at least 60 wpm, and knowledge of electronic filings. $$Pay$$ is DOE
