OTHER......(volunteers&parents) BBQ CREW FOOD PREP Food donations ...................................................... **This is an event to benefit our kids.To give them a day full of fun and games.Parents,please bring your kids and be there with us.Have some food,beverages and fun with us all. **All who can donate any equiptments (tents,chairs,sports equiptments,mats,coolers,etc) or anything that can. please inbox me and lets make this a great turnout. **Volunteers,pls inbox me aswell so i can make a list of all helpers on that day.Roughly 20 volunteers are needed. **Please provide own transportation to and from the event site.Catch the bus on down to nimitz and we will pick u up if you dont have a ride.
