SEVEN MODES OF CONSCIOUSNESS....5 Group 4 : Loneliness It is quite appropriate that just when we are dealing with Heather in One Bach Remedy a Day, we should be discussing this consciousness group designed by Dr. Edward Bach. The group of Loneliness is the smallest of all groups formed by Dr.Bach. There are just three remedies in this group: Water Violet, Impatience and Heather. It is like him saying that there are possibly just three ways we can actively create loneliness in ourselves. Well what are the three ways? First, the Water Violet way when we relate with people in a stand-offish, grandiose way, indicating, albeit, slyly, that you are much superior to them in many ways. This mental attitude might get one respect or admiration from people around, though a trifle grudgingly, but it cannot get love, the bonding force which builds relationships. As such one reaps admiration at the dear cost of love, and lives in an inner wold of seclusion and loneliness. The second is the Impatience way, where one is so quick in doing things, has such great obsession to completing tasks within a given time-frame, that one naturally shuns people who cannot measure up to that speed or profess deep respect to time. Patience and a peaceful, meandering life-style are not their cup of tea; they thrive within the emotional sphere created thru speed, irritations and inner tensions, are ardent workalcholics, avoid socializing... and live in a self-created fortress of loneliness. Heather too achieves loneliness by being overly concerned with self, ones problems and needs and doesnt tune in to the inner natures of people around. As such, sans bonding, they merely create an island of loneliness for themselves and live there like a recluse, seeking people, now and then, who could give them a patient ear, listen to their sob stories and offer them sympathy.
