SEVERAL DAYS AGO BARELY A WEEK WE HAD DEMOSTRATIONS AT KARATINA TOWN ORGANISED BY TRADERS DEMANDING THE COMPLETION OF THE KARATINA MARKET WOMEN MEN JOINED HANDS AND DEMOSTRATED FROM THE MUNICIPAL OFFICES TO THE UNFINISHED MARKET, THEY EQUALLY BLAMED THE COUNTY GOVT FOR BEING AN IMPEDEMENT TO IT... HOWEVER THERE WAS A TWIST FROM THE CURRENT MCA MR GICHURU HE ACCUSED A BUSINESSMAN CALLED Watson Weru PROPRIETOR KNIGHT BOOK CENTRE AND ELECTED CDF FUND REP FOR FUNDING THE DEMOSRATIONS AND ASKED THE TRADERS TO HECKLE HIM..... i want to remind our ELECTED MCA MR GICHURU when you and the GNU brigade ,got to power immeadtly after elections you made it difficult for the people of karatina municipal council to elecct who will represent them in the cdf fund board, let me also remind you that election was repeated severally and you and your GNU brigade only gave up when you realized the common wananchi have refused to be imposed leaders the way you wanted ... today i join the nyerians and the kenyans at large to demand answers inregard to that market that was commisioned by the former president Mwai Kibaki the current leadership including the nyeri govt Hon. Nderitu Gachagua, Nyeri county should answer questions rather than blaming those who question your manipulative tactics ......... we will noit stop to highlight what is needfull for the sake of quality leadership we so much need ....... #occupykaratinamarket
