The PAP Govt don’t even send their own chosen scholars and elites to NUS & NTU but overseas! What hypocrite! NUS & NTU will not move up in world ranking with bursary and scholarship given to foreigners treating SG as a godfather just to complete their degree and move on. There’s no serious effort to raise the education level for all S’poreans instead implementing policy to dumb down S’poreans with insufficient tertiary places. Meanwhile, S’poreans are denied tertiary places and financial assistance scheme. A gross household income of $2,501 with 4 members can barely scrap through their day but will still be denied any financial assistance.
