【SG JOBS HIRING !!】 Indoor Sales Coordinator x 1 Job Duties / Responsibilities: o Review of customer Purchase Orders for adequate and accurate information for order entry. o Maintain timely and accurate sales order entry for systems, parts and/or repair orders entered. o Distribute Order Acknowledgements to customers and for orders entered. o Process customer request for documentation---drawings, spare parts list, etc when required. o Prepare and maintain sales order files. o Interface with customers, representatives and Regional Sales Managers on order status for orders entered. o Answer calls, enter orders and operate as back up to other customer service staff as necessary. o Communicate and work with external customers and internal departments in timely and professional Requirement -Min SPM and above - NO experience are welcome -Must know computer Remuneration : Basic Salary : $1200-1400 Overtime : 1.5 times Rest day : 8 days Working hour : 8.30am-6pm (Mon- Fri)
