Harry Johansing, CEO is the largest shareholder of the company and in 2011 he forgave $50,000 of debt the company owed him in return for shares at .07 per share. For me that is the sign of a true believer. The Company rescinded a partial conversation of notes payable and cancelled Three Hundred Thirtythree Thousand (333,333) shares of common stock at the request of the note holder. All shares were returned to the Company treasurer. The Company rescinded a Consultant Agreement due to non-performance and cancelled Two Million, (2,000,000) shares of common stock. All shares were returned to the Company treasurer. 4. In 2012 someone starts buying up all of the notes from the previous vehicle owners and cancelling all accrued interest while also extending the notes and additional 3 years. At this same time someone that was funding the company also dropped their interest rate from 20% to 8% and also extended the notes from 2 years to 5 years.
