So who is good, and who is bad? logaa bharam n bhoolahu bhaaee O people, O Siblings of Destiny, do not wander deluded by doubt. khaalik khalak khalak mehi khaalik poor rehiou srab t(h)aa(n)ee The Creation is in the Creator, and the Creator is in the Creation, totally pervading and permeating all places. maattee eaek anaek bhaa(n)th kar saajee saajanehaarai The clay is the same, but the Fashioner has fashioned it in various ways. naa kashh poch maattee kae bhaa(n)ddae naa kashh poch ku(n)bhaarai There is nothing wrong with the pot of clay - there is nothing wrong with the Potter. kooo bhaeiou mu(n)ddeeaa sa(n)niaasee kooo jogee bhaeiou koee brehamachaaree kooo jatheean maanabo One man by shaving his head Hopes to become a holy monk Another sets up as a Yogi Or some other kind of ascetic. hi(n)dhoo thurak kooo raafasee eimaam shaafee maanas kee jaath sabai eaekai pehachaanabo Some people are Hindus, others are Turks, Some are Raafzis or Imaams, Shiites or Sunnis. But know this: There is only one family of all mankind. karathaa kareem soee raajak reheem ouee dhoosaro n bhaedh koee bhool bhram maanabo God is the Creator, Forgiver, Provider and Lord; Nothing else compares to Him, so dont be led astray. eaek hee kee saev sabh hee ko guradhaev eaek eaek hee saroop sabai eaekai joth jaanabo Serve only the One Lord, who is the Divine Guru of all; We are made in the Image of the One God; And His One Light shines through everyone. sabh mehi sachaa eaeko soee this kaa keeaa sabh kashh hoee The One True Lord abides in all; by His making, everything is made. hukam pashhaanai s eaeko jaanai ba(n)dhaa keheeai soee Whoever realizes the Hukam of His Command, knows the One Lord. He alone is said to be the Lords slave. koee bolai raam raam koee khudhaae Some call Him, Raam, Raam, and some call Him, Khudaa-i. koee saevai guseeaa koee alaahi Some serve Him as Gusain, others as Allaah. kaaran karan kareem He is the Cause of causes, the Generous Lord. kirapaa dhhaar reheem He showers His Grace and Mercy upon us. koee naavai theerathh koee haj jaae Some bathe at sacred shrines of pilgrimage, and some make the pilgrimage to Mecca. koee karai poojaa koee sir nivaae Some perform devotional worship services, and some bow their heads in prayer. koee parrai baedh koee kathaeb Some read the Vedas, and some the Koran. koee oudtai neel koee supaedh Some wear blue robes, and some wear white. kahu naanak jin hukam pashhaathaa Says Nanak, one who realizes the Hukam of Gods Will, prabh saahib kaa thin bhaedh jaathaa knows the secrets of his Lord and Master. kabeer sabh thae ham burae ham thaj bhalo sabh koe Kabeer, I am the worst of all. Everyone else is good. jin aisaa kar boojhiaa meeth hamaaraa soe Whoever understands this is a friend of mine. alahu alakh n jaaee lakhiaa gur gurr dheenaa meet(h)aa The Lord Allah is Unseen; He cannot be seen. The Guru has blessed me with this sweet molasses. kehi kabeer maeree sa(n)kaa naasee sarab nira(n)jan ddeet(h)aa Says Kabeer, my anxiety and fear have been taken away; I see the Immaculate Lord pervading everywhere. cheeth aavai thaa(n) sadhaa dhaeiaalaa logan kiaa vaechaarae When You come to mind, You are always merciful to me; what can the poor people do to me? buraa bhalaa kahu kis no keheeai sagalae jeea thumhaarae Tell me, who should I call good or bad, since all beings are Yours? eaek pithaa eaekas kae ham baarik thoo maeraa gur haaee The One God is our father; we are the children of the One God. You are our Guru. sun meethaa jeeo hamaaraa bal bal jaasee har dharasan dhaehu dhikhaaee Listen, friends: my soul is a sacrifice, a sacrifice to You; O Lord, reveal to me the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan.
