SHAPE UP SAINTS – WE ARE AT WAR! By brother dino I encourage the saints who do not exercise and eat right, to begin taking a short walk in a safe neighborhood or park and eat a healthy diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and grains, herbs and spices and lean cuts of meat, chicken and fish! AND NO PROCESSED FOODS FROM THE DEVIL! God needs us to be healthy, strong and alert to battle demons and advance His Kingdom until His imminent return! And I demand the best from the troops that God has drawn to me by His Spirit to captain and lead by example! Besides, I love you with the love of Abba (our Papa) and just like Him, only desire the very best for you! ON TOP OF ALL THAT IT’S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! Every few days or so, lengthen the time of your walk, starting with 5-10 minutes or so and working up to a level your doctor recommends for your age. Be sure to warm-up and stretch out for at least a half hour before your walk or expect injuries. As your doctor allows, begin a weight training exercise regimen with cross-training in new hobbies and sports and press on to live a Holy Spirit Filled Life of exceeding abundance, to the glory of God in Christ! IT’S REALLY JUST THAT SIMPLE BELOVED! I am now 56 years old and everyone thinks… I’M IN MY MID TO LATE 30’S! LIVE THE ABUNDANT LIFE THAT ABBA CREATED YOU TO LIVE AND LIKE MOSES AND MYSELF ENJOY CLEAR VISION AND VIGOR INTO OLD AGE! I URGE YOU BELOVED OF GOD, TAKE YOUR FIRST STEP TO A HEALTHY NEW LIFESTYLE TODAY! YOU KNOW THAT GOD WANT’S YOU TO AND NOW YOU HAVE… MY ENCOURAGEMENT AND BLESSING TOO! Let us pray… Abba (Papa) I thank You for giving Your children Your Holy Spirit to give them strength and courage and prick their spirit hard NOW, to make the change they so desire in their own lives, but have not because of doors they have left open in their lives, giving access to the enemy into their lives! So NOW Adonai (Lord), with the power and authority You have given us, when You ransomed us from the hands of our enemy and adopted us into Your Mishpocha (Family) as Sons and Daughters and joint heirs with Messiah (Christ), who gave to us The Keys To The Kingdom and with it all power to do battle in the earth realm, cast off demons and set the captives free and solely by the power of The Blood of The Lamb and none of my own and according to God’s Holy Word and heart’s desire for His precious children… I decree and declare that The Lord Himself has now closed every door you have opened throughout your life giving the devil legal access to attack you and no man or devil can reopen the doors that The Lord shuts! I break every generational curse handed down to you by the power of the blood and heal every broken place by the power of The Holy Spirit! And finally, I cut every soul tie with The Sword of The Spirit and cast off every demon you have collected along the way! DEMONS, THE LORD REBUKE YOU! YOUR ASSIGNMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS OR MEMORIAL OVER THEM! BE GONE NOW AND NEVER RETURN IN Y’SHUA’S NAME! AMEIN AND AMEIN AND IT IS SO! AND IT IS SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD… TO BE HEALED AND MADE WHOLE DELIVERED AND SET FREE! Hallelu-YAH!
