✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿ SHARE ✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿ Bacon Wrapped Barbecue Shrimp 30 large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined Minced garlic (to your liking) 15 slices bacon BBQ sauce, for marinating 30 toothpicks Mix garlic and bbq sauce together and marinate over night or at least 2 hrs. Preheat oven 450°. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon. Using a toothpick, secure the bacon to the shrimp. Place a cooling rack in baking pan. This is to help keep your shrimp from drowning in the bacon fat. Place shrimp onto rack. Cook for about 20-25 minutes. Keeping an eye after 20 minutes so you dont burn the shrimp. NOTE: I did some without toothpicks to see if it would hold and they did. Just turn the end of the bacon downward on the rack and it will stay tucked nicely.
